Registration and fees
Conference registration is now open
Registration package options
Registration packages all include lunch and coffee/teas on days registered. The standard full (3-day) Conference registration fee is £380. It is also possible to register for single days of the Conference.
There is an ‘early bird’ registration rate of £295 for anyone registering before 15th April 2020. Reduced registration rates are also available for PG students and for CRFR associate researchers (researchers registered with CRFR).
Information for presenters
We ask all those presenting at the Conference (those with accepted abstracts) to register by 31st January 2020 at the latest. This will allow us to finalise the Conference programme in early February. Presenters registering by the end of January will be eligible for a substantially reduced early presenter registration rate of £260.
Please note that accepted presenters who do not register by the end of January may be dropped from the programme. Presenters registering after the 31st January will be required to pay the registration fee applying
at the time of registration.
Bursaries for Conference delegates from LMIC and UMIC countries
Reduced registration fees are available for delegates from low or middle-income countries (LMIC £120) or from upper middle-income countries (UMIC £195).
Please note that this package is available on a first-come first-served basis and awarded to attendees whose papers have been accepted. There are a maximum of 50 places. If your application is successful, you will be given a special code to use at registration to secure the reduced rate.
We would encourage all those eligible to apply as soon as possible.
UK Visa requirements
Visitors coming to the UK from outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) will need a visa or entry clearance at the border. This process can take time, so if you require a visa you are strongly advised to apply as soon as possible.
CRFR can supply a letter of invitation to support your application. If you require this, please contact Helen Walker (email@example.com) as soon as possible.
- Non-visa nationals can travel to the UK without applying for a visa in advance. However, they are advised to carry with them, in their hand luggage, a letter of invitation and other supporting documents.
- For those requiring a UK visa, if your visa application is made in good time, but ultimately refused by UK Home office, then CRFR will make every effort to reimburse your registration fee.
